Food and Drink that Make You Stink_007
This is the second “small bite” of a 10 part series about bad breath. In this episode, Dr. Lisa Germain discusses how what you eat and drink can affect how your breath smells, why garlic and onions linger long after you finish your meal, and what you can do to get rid of the foul-smelling odors.
Important Things Discussed in this Episode:
- Food and drinks that causes bad breath
- Things you can do to avoid bad breath every time you eat
Conclusion
If the food you are eating is going to be metabolized in your lungs, it is much more difficult to get rid of. And that is the onions, the garlic, and the pungent spices that we talked about in the beginning. But, most other foods and the byproducts that cause bad breath can be eliminated by simply brushing and flossing and rinsing your mouth after you eat.
